Service Scheduling:

The Driveway Detail requires clients to remove all personal belongings, money and/or any significant items from their vehicle prior to any scheduled service. We also request that clients remove any trash from their vehicle beforehand.

The Driveway Detail will not accept liability for any loss and/or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced. All vehicles are cleaned and/or detailed at the clients own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing processes and/or procedures.

The Driveway Detail will not accept liability for any of the belongings contained inside of the vehicle during the scheduled service or to the location of the service.

The Driveway Detail reserves the right to hold debit or credit card details to secure or verify a scheduled service.

The Driveway Detail reserves the right to refuse and/or deny a clients demands that are above and beyond the scheduled service.

The Driveway Detail reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of a scheduled service and may be cancelled at anytime at the sole discretion of The Driveway Detail.

The Driveway Detail will not tolerate any verbal and/or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the appropriate actions should any such behaviors be encountered at any time.
Service Cancellation:

The Driveway Detail requires 48 hours notice to cancel any scheduled service. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the service cost, not including add-ons. Failure to be present at the time and location of the scheduled service without prior agreement will result in the full amount of the service total charged to the verified card on hold and/or a ban from scheduling with us online.

The Driveway Detail reserves the right to take full and/or partial payment if the necessary terms and conditions are not followed without prior agreement.

The Driveway Detail reserves the right to alter or amend a scheduled service's time/date without penalty but wherever possible will attempt by phone and/or email to let clientele know of the change that has been made.

The Driveway Detail reserves the right to alter and/or reschedule a service in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
